  • 1.Slow inflation
    1.Whether the electricity is sufficient.
    2. Check the air valve for air leaks.
    3.Check whether the connecting part at both ends of the air valve are tightened.
    4. Check inflated items for air leaks.
  • 2.It has been turned on but cannot infate
    1.Check whether the electricity is sufficient.
    2. Check whether the current tire pressure is higher than the preset value.
  • 3.The preset pressure cannot be turned up or down
    Check the connected inflatable object, select custom mode to adjust preset value from 2-120 PSI.
  • 4.Inflation is normal but the pressure is shown to be 0
    1. Low pressure products such as balloon are not within the measurable range of this equipment.
    2 .In the case of empty tire, the tire pressure value can be shown only by inflating the tire for few seconds.
  • 5.After twisting the air nozzle, the tire pump has automatically shut down
    3 minutes automatically shuw down, long press the start button to start again.
  • 6.The power indicator in the inflation state is different from that in the standby state
    There is an obvious voltage drop in the discharge process of the lithium battery, which leads to the inconsistency between the indicator light in the charging state and the standby state. This phenomenon is not a fault.
  • 7.The power indicator will not appear after charging
    Replace the safety-compliant charging cable and adapter to charge again.
  • 8.The screen response speed is slow
    After power on, the bright screen still needs 3 seconds, this is a normal phenomenon
