What kind of Microsoft software do I need to install for data transfer between Xplova G5 and PC?
Xplova G5 is equipped with PC tools such as X-TracksTM, X-NaviTM Manager, and Tour Explorer Lite. For transferring data from Xplova G5 to all of these programs, a Microsoft USB connection software is required.
a) If you are using Windows XP, Microsoft ActiveSync version 4.5 is required to connect Xplova G5 to PC. The latest version of ActiveSync is included in Xplova G5 DVD.
b) If you are using Windows Vesta, Microsoft Windows Mobile Device Center (WMDC) is required to connect Xplova G5 to PC. WMDC can be downloaded automatically by Microsoft Vesta when you connect XPLOVA G5 to PC.
PS: Cancel partnership function (for data synchronization use) when either ActiveSync or WMDC is launched.
